The Long Barn is a detached Grade II listed stone barn conversion situated at Highford Farm, Higher Clovelly, Devon. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty near the stunning Hartland Peninsula and famous fishing village of Clovelly. The property is the perfect location for exploring beautiful North Devon. 

The Long Barn is the last property on the farm and on the edge of open fields with far reaching views to the sea and over farmland. It’s on a Grade II listed non-working Victorian model Farm. The Long Barn consists of two double bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with a spacious shower. All rooms are ground floor level with an enclosed rear garden. The property has wifi and gas central heating. 

The area is very peaceful, away from roads and is home to the retired Clovelly donkeys, who can often been seen in the field adjacent to the barn.
